3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or other reasons. This includes, but is not limited to: scrunchies, personalised items, or items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges Items are eligible for exchange or return only if: - They are returned in their original condition and packaging. - Packaging is unopened and undamaged. - Items have not been used, worn or altered. You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange within 7 working days of delivery and complete the return within the 14th day window.

5. Refunds (Faulty Items Only) We will only issue refunds when an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed once the fault has been confirmed and the item returned to us.

6. Delivery Packaging C&N ONLINE LTD is not responsible for minor damage to external delivery packaging once the parcel has left our facility. If the product inside is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging for inspection by the courier if requested.

7. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of returning non-faulty items. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

8. Processing Time Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the item and complete our inspection. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
